Better Than Beef

4 cups pulp from parsnips and/or carrots
1 cup roma tomatoes pulse chopped in food processor
1/3 cup flaxseed oil
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 Tbs onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbs chili powder (opt)
2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbs dark miso paste

Using your hands, mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl.  Best if it can sit for an hour or more for the flavors to meld.  Delicious served just after warming in the dehydrator at 105 degrees.
