Cheddar Cheese

½ C. sesame tahini
¼ C. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
½ – 1 red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

Blend thoroughly in blender until smooth. Use as a spread in sandwiches, or as a sauce or dip for veggies!

To make macaroni & cheese, cook pasta until al dente texture is reached. Stir in generous amount of cheddar “cheese”. Add frozen peas or other vegetables if desired. Crumble bread crumbs on top if desired. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
