Mock Fish Patties

1 lb block of tofu, drained, mashed
1/3 C. finely chopped onions
2 C. alfalfa sprouts
¼ C. tahini
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
¼ C. sunflower seeds, finely ground
1 tsp. Herbamare
½ tsp. each, garlic powder, sage, and rosemary
¼ tsp. onion powder

Mix all ingredients well. Form into 6 large patties. Bake on sprayed baking sheets or cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes, then turn patties carefully and bake another 20 minutes. These are delicious with homemade mayonnaise or tartar sauce!
