4 cups sunflower seeds
1/2 cup organic tamari
Mix sunflower seed with tamari and marinate for 6-8 hours. Drain tamari, and spread seeds on a dehydrator tray covered with parchment paper, making sure to spread evenly. Dehydrate at 105F for approx. 6-8 hours, until the seeds are completely dry and crispy. This makes a wonderful snack or addition to a salad for some crunch!
